| Essex Powerlifing Championship 2017 |
| The Colchester Powerlifting Club is
holding the Essex Powerlifting Championship on Sunday 11th June 2017 at
Hamiltons Fitness Centre in Colchester. This competition is open to all
members of British
Powerlifting (formerly the GBPF) living in Essex. Guests are welcome
from outside of Essex but must be members of British Powerlifting and
will not be counted for places in the weight classes. Lifting will be
under IPF rules, a copy of which can be
found here. |

| Weight classes are: Women U47K, U52K,
U57K, U63K, U72K, U84K, 84K+
Men :U59k, U66k, U74k, U83k, U93k, U105k, U120k, 120k+ |
| Competition date: Sunday 11th June 2017,
Closing date for entries: 28th May 2017. Weigh in from 9am to 10.30am,
lifting starts at 11am. |
