Hi Protein Vegetable Curry
Mixed vegetables and pea protein isolate in a low fat Balti sauce with basmati rice.
We have created a traditional Balti curry that you might find in the Punjab region of India using a range of vegetables including onion, broccoli, carrots, sweet potato and cauliflower. This may vary depending on availability. To increase the protein content we add pea protein isolate containing 80% protein levels and combine it with basmati rice as its more palatable than brown rice but has a similar GM figure and is relatively slow release as a carbohydrate.

Grilled Halloumi
Grilled, low fat halloumi with basmati rice, mixed peppers and red pesto sauce.
We use low fat halloumi and grill it to give it a nice texture. For the uninitiated halloumi is a Cypriot semi-hard, unripened cheese made from a mixture of goat's and sheep's milk. It cooks and grills well, so is often used in vegetarian dishes. We then add shredded mixed peppers, a red pesto sauce and basmati rice to finish off a very appetising and colourful meal.
