Our chef prepares all of our Power Mealz in our five star rated kitchen at Hamiltons Gym in Colchester, so we can keep complete control over the quality of the meal you receive. Each Power Meal is frozen as soon as it is made to retain the maximum amount of nutrients. It is then packed in thermally insulated boxes and sent by national carrier straight to your door at home or at work Store your meal in the freezer for up to 6 months or chilled in your fridge for 3 days. Microwave it for 6 to 7 minutes until it is piping hot throughout
