Jerk Chicken
Jerk seasoned grilled chicken, basmati rice, cashews, pineapple and peas.
Chicken is the traditional low fat high protein source chosen by bodybuilders the world over. We choose the best chicken breasts with no added water, just chicken; we dry-rub them with Jamaican Jerk spice mixture and grill them to remove more fat. We use basmati rice as its more palatable than brown rice but has a similar GM figure and is relatively slow release as a carbohydrate. The cashews and peas are a great way of adding more protein as well as texture and a range of vitamins and minerals.
Pineapple also has a digestive enzyme called bromelain, which is a mixture of proteolytic enzymes. These enzymes work together to help your digestive system break down and absorb proteins from the foods you eat.

Sweet Chilli Salmon
Poached salmon fillet, glazed with sweet chilli sauce, basmati rice and asparagus.
Both salmon and tuna are a staple fish protein source for bodybuilders and weight-trainers. We have chosen salmon as it is higher in essential Omega 3 oils. We take fresh salmon fillets and poach them with a little added lemon juice. Once poached we glaze them with sweet chilli sauce and flake them. We use basmati rice as its more palatable than brown rice but has a similar GM figure and is relatively slow release as a carbohydrate and add complete asparagus spears to each meal.
